Kick off your holiday season with a joyful and majestic celebration, Rejoice and Sing! A Festival of Christmas with Brass, Organ, and Choir, featuring the Timberdale brass, Eric Plutz on organ, percussion, the Somerset Hills Chorus, and Stephen Sands, conductor, in a festive concert for all ages. The centerpiece of the evening is Francis Poulenc’s radiant Gloria, performed with organ, brass, choir and Kristin Sands, soprano soloist. Join us for heartwarming sing-along carols and a showstopping finale arranged by Ryan Brandau. This beloved MISH holiday tradition will lift your spirits and fill your heart with the sounds of the season!

Dr. Anne Matlack leads the 100-voice Harmonium Choral Society in a program entitled Season of Blessings. The performance includes Renaissance polyphony, contemporary premieres, bluegrass harmonies, and chamber orchestra. Featuring the East Coast premiere of Prayer to the Shechinah by Andrea Clearfield, and Václav Nelhýbel’s rousing Estampie Natalis. Plus works by Palestrina, Bach, Nunes Garcia, Carol Barnett, Alice Parker and Craig Courtney’s hilarious Musicological Journey Through the Twelve Days of Christmas.

The Morris Choral Society will present their fall concert on December 14, 2025 at 3 PM. The concert is entitled Home For The Holidays - Winters’ Many Moods, and will be held at the United Methodist Church on the Green in Morristown, NJ. This joyful concert will present a potpourri of holiday carols from around the world including works by Dave Brubeck, John Rutter and Robert Shaw.
